Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

We collect account information you provide directly (name, work email, company name), usage data generated as you use the platform (deployment logs, API calls, feature usage), and technical data such as IP address and browser type for security and diagnostics.

Customer workload data — the applications and infrastructure you deploy on Redwolf — remains yours. We do not access, use, or share it except as needed to operate the platform or as you direct.

2. How we use information

We use account and usage information to operate, secure, and improve the platform, to provide support, to communicate service updates, and to comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use customer workload data to train models or for advertising purposes.

3. Data retention

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active and for a limited period afterward to comply with legal and audit requirements. Workload logs are retained according to the retention policy configured on your plan.

4. Data sharing

We share data with subprocessors who help us operate the platform (cloud infrastructure, support tooling, payment processing), each bound by contractual confidentiality and security obligations. We may disclose information when required by law.

5. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. Contact [email protected] to exercise these rights.
